Bath & Body Works Is Launching a Peeps-Scented Candle for Spring

Nothing says spring quite like filling your home with the delicious scent of marshmallow Peeps.

I haven’t done extensive research on this, but I might be the biggest fan of marshmallows in the world. The smell, the texture, the flavor—I love it all! My favorite Dairy Queen treat is actually a discontinued item that I order off the secret menu just to get my marshmallow fix. And I will forever mourn that the Marshmallow Butterfinger was only here for a limited time.

So naturally, I get excited when springtime rolls around and a new batch of marshmallow Peeps drop into the world. Every year, the brand releases new flavors, but I have a soft spot in my heart for the classics. Which is why I audibly gasped when I found out that Bath & Body Works is collaborating with Peeps for a brand-new Peeps-scented collection. There’s now a Peeps candle in the world, and I will be first in line to buy one!

What does the Bath & Body Works Peeps scent smell like?

If you’re a Bath & Body Works fan, then you already know that the shop takes its scents very seriously. It has developed a brand-new scent called “Peepin’ It Real” for this collection. It’s a gourmand scent with notes of marshmallow, sugar crystals and whipped vanilla. It truly sounds good enough to eat. The shop is dropping an entire line of products that use the new Peepin’ It Real scent, including:

Body cream
Body wash
Fragrance mist (regular and travel-size)
Lip gloss
Single-wick candle
Foaming hand soap
Hand sanitizer
Car diffuser

Basically, you can envelop yourself in the scent of Peeps from the minute you wake up until you go back to sleep. It sounds—and smells—like heaven. There are other items in the collection too, like a backpack, socks and coin purse that feature the iconic Peeps logo and colors.

When is the Bath & Body Works Peeps collection available?

The Peeps collection will be available online for Bath & Body Works loyalty members on Sunday, March 1. For everyone else, it will be available online and in stores on Monday, March 2. Since this is a limited-edition collection, it won’t stick around for long. If you’re a Peeps fan like I am, then it’s a great way to treat yourself to something sweet this spring.
