Beef Tacos — Boar City BBQ

Ingredients

  • 2-3 lb Chuck Roast
  • Spice Blend (chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper)
  • ¼ cup beef broth
  • Fresh Salsa
  • Shredded Cheese (or queso as my wife prefers)
  • Hard/Soft tacos
  • 1 cup of Vonnie B’s Banero Sauce

Instructions

Season chuck roast with 2 tbl of spice blend. Brown on both sides on high heat for 2 minutes. Transfer to slow cooker with ¼ cup of beef broth on low for 6-8 hrs or high for 3-4 hrs. ¾ of the way through add 1 cup of Vonnie B’s Banero Sauce. Once finished serve hot on hard or soft taco shell. Add-ons are a must!
