- 2-3 lb Chuck Roast
- Spice Blend (chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper)
- ¼ cup beef broth
- Fresh Salsa
- Shredded Cheese (or queso as my wife prefers)
- Hard/Soft tacos
- 1 cup of Vonnie B’s Banero Sauce
Season chuck roast with 2 tbl of spice blend. Brown on both sides on high heat for 2 minutes. Transfer to slow cooker with ¼ cup of beef broth on low for 6-8 hrs or high for 3-4 hrs. ¾ of the way through add 1 cup of Vonnie B’s Banero Sauce. Once finished serve hot on hard or soft taco shell. Add-ons are a must!
