Chris Lorino Joins HHM Hotels as Executive VP of Operations

HHM Hotels has named Chris Lorino as its new Executive Vice President of Operations. Lorino will oversee the operational strategy and execution for the company’s full-service and lifestyle luxury portfolio across multiple U.S. markets.

Lorino brings extensive experience to HHM Hotels, having previously held roles at various hospitality companies. His career spans two decades at Starwood Hotels & Resorts and includes leadership roles at Sage Hospitality and First Hospitality. Most recently, he served as Global Head of Operations at Sonder.

In his new role, Lorino will work closely with commercial and corporate leaders to ensure alignment and service delivery for key owners. His responsibilities will include managing operational strategies and driving performance across the company’s portfolio of over 235 hotels in North America.

The appointment is part of HHM Hotels’ strategy to strengthen its executive operations team and enhance performance in operational, commercial, and restaurant sectors. Lorino’s background includes experience at hotels such as the Cadillac Hotel & Beach Club, The Rittenhouse Hotel, and Sanctuary Beach Resort, among others.

His educational background includes a degree in hospitality from Boston University. Lorino’s career has been defined by his work with notable hotels, including Perry Lane in Savannah, Hotel Commonwealth in Boston, and The Blackstone in Chicago.
