Dark cherry is the flavor of the year, and Haagen-Dazs is turning it into a lineup of ice creams and bars I can’t stop thinking about.

Dark cherry is everywhere right now. It’s been crowned one of the flavors of the year, and has been popping up in everything from cocktails to pastries. And honestly, I’m more than happy to let it take over my freezer next.

Haagen-Dazs has announced a new lineup of indulgent releases anchored by one standout: dark cherry truffle. It’s a cherry-vanilla ice cream with cocoa truffles and swirls of sweet-tart cherry sauce. Pints are rolling out nationwide, and the description alone is enough to make you start clearing freezer space like it’s spring cleaning season already.

The brand is also releasing cherry dark chocolate bars, which pair cherry ice cream and cherry sauce with a dark chocolate coating—essentially the handheld version of the same decadent idea.

Dark cherry may be the headline, but it’s not the only new addition. Haagen-Dazs’s new suite of flavors leans into even more classically indulgent pairings:

Coffee almond toffee: Brazilian coffee ice cream with buttery toffee pieces and California almonds
Peanut butter brittle: Peanut butter ice cream with praline peanuts and caramel peanut butter ripples
Toasted coconut crunch bars: Coconut ice cream dipped in milk chocolate with caramelized coconut flakes and crunchy cone pieces
Dulce de leche mini bars: Mini dulce de leche ice cream bars wrapped in rich milk chocolate

“This year, we’re inviting consumers to take their time and slow down in a world that’s always rushing,” said Rachel Jaiven, head of Haagen-Dazs marketing, in the announcement.

The new 14-ounce cartons are priced at $6.99, with three-count bars at $6.49 and mini bars at $7.49.
