BMI

Broadcast Music, Inc. (BMI) has promoted four longtime employees across its creative and corporate communications teams.

Now, John Ellwood (who’s been with the PRO for 19 years) is VP of creative; Deirdre Chadwick (16 years) is assistant VP of creative, classical, and jazz; Jeff Gilligan (seven years) is an assistant VP and creative director; and Jodie Thomas (11 years) is assistant VP of corporate and media relations.

CISAC

The International Confederation of Societies of Authors and Composers (CISAC) has welcomed Grammy-winning artist Youssou N’Dour as its VP.

Merlin

Merlin has announced five partnerships-division promotions, including the elevation of eight-year team member Emma Robinson to VP.

Additionally, former Glassnote higher-up Shannon Bradley is officially director of commercial partnerships; both Alice Moss, previously with SoundCloud, and Daniele Yandel are stepping up as directors of partnership operations; and member success coordinator Simon Marcel has been boosted to manager of partnership operations.

Sound Royalties

Melanie Cameron, most recently with PPL, has come aboard Sound Royalties as regional director of business development for the UK.

All Classical Radio

All Classical Radio has announced violinist Anthea Kreston as its 2026-27 artist in residence.

Adams & Reese

Veteran entertainment attorney Richard Busch has joined Adams & Reese as special counsel in the firm’s global IP practice.

Snap

Part of Snap since 2015, media partnerships exec Anmol Malhotra has been upped to global head of partnerships and content.

Warner Music Central Europe

After over nine years with Sony Music, Jean-Sebastien Permal has signed on as Warner Music’s first A&R SVP for EMEA and Central Europe.

UMPG

Ahead of the planned July 1st exit of Australia and Asia-Pacific president Andrew Jenkins, UMPG has tapped Sunita Kaur, formerly with Spotify and Twitch, to oversee its operations across Asia as president.

All Things Live has added Christian Folden Lund, previously the Roskilde Festival Foundation’s chair, as CEO.

TickPick has appointed former GoodRx chief marketing officer Ryan Sullivan as its own CMO.
