VuHaus Group
Geary Yonker has joined VuHaus Group as sponsorship director.
NMPA
Peermusic executive chair Ralph Peer II has been elected chair of the National Music Publishers’ Association’s board. Additionally, Reservoir Media founder and head Golnar Khosrowshahi has been elected vice chair.
Primary Wave
As part of a brand-division expansion, Primary Wave has brought on New York-based Camille Hackney, a longtime Warner Music exec, as head of brand partnerships. Also officially announced as part of the company is former Iconoclast higher-up Bart Saunt, who joins as brand partnerships SVP in LA.
Lastly, Sam Sklover, who’s been with Primary Wave in New York for over six years, is now VP of brand partnerships.
Polydor
Polydor Label Group (PLG) has fired off eight promotions. First, Jodie Cammidge has become the unit’s sole MD; according to his LinkedIn page, Stephen Hallowes, previously co-MD alongside Cammidge, is currently GM of Capitol Music Group.
Next, longtime UMG team member Paddy McLean has been boosted to GM of PLG. At 0207 Def Jam, Jade Bradshaw, most recently Polydor’s marketing head, is now GM, while Chloe Kyei has been upped to senior marketing manager.
Elsewhere in the Polydor promotions, Helen Fleming (previously head of artist development) and Ali Tant (head of marketing) are both directors of marketing. Plus, Jamie Ahye has been elevated from senior marketing manager to head of pop marketing.
Closing at Chaos Records, more than eight-year UMG vet Silas Howison-Waughray has assumed a dual role as GM and director of dance marketing.
Musicinfra
Musicinfra has welcomed former Spotify songwriter- and publisher-partnerships head Jules Parker as chief business officer.
NPR Music
ADA chief of staff Sonali Mehta is set to begin as NPR Music’s executive director this coming Monday, September 22nd.
Country Radio Broadcasters
Center for Sales Strategy CEO Matt Sunshine has been elected secretary of Country Radio Broadcasters’ board. Additionally, Curb Records’ RJ Meacham, KUZZ host Brent Michaels, country radio consultant Joel Raab, and VP John Shomby (Country’s Radio Coach) have been reelected to third terms.
Next, three professionals have been newly elected to three-year terms: iHeartMedia’s Ashley Layfield, Opry Entertainment Group’s Jordan Pettit, and Big Loud’s Stacy Waugh.
Lastly, signing on for one-year terms are Emily Cohen Belote (Amazon Music’s country programming global lead), Tim Foisset (Spotify’s head of label partnerships for Nashville and Canada), Damon Moberly, and Greg Strassell (Hubbard Radio’s programming EVP).
iHeartMedia
Dee Doers, who joined iHeartMedia in 2022, has been boosted to area president for the Mid-North. In the position, he’ll oversee operations for six markets across Minnesota, North Dakota, and Wisconsin.

Peermusic has named Dave Ayers (formerly with Hipgnosis) EVP of A&R.
emPawa Africa
Longtime Kobalt creative SVP Miller Williams is officially emPawa Publishing’s head.
Concord
Concord Label Group has promoted six-year team member Fred Gillham to COO.
Underscore Works
Charly Salvatore’s Underscore Works has added five-year Big Machine vet Athena Puharic as head of digital.
Capitol Records
Capitol has confirmed Sony Music Publishing vet Ian Holder and Tariq Stewart as A&R SVPs.
Duetti
Duetti has tapped former TikTok music exec William Gruger to serve as DSP and partner marketing lead.
Gap Inc.
Universal Music Publishing Group head Jody Gerson has joined Gap’s board.
Bruce Allen Talent
Bruce Allen Talent’s namesake founder is transitioning to chairman, and the company has hired former Live Nation Canada higher-up Paul Haagenson as president.
