Nothing Bundt Cakes Just Dropped Its Spring Menu, and We Can’t Wait to Try It

Two limited-time flavors are here—and one already has a following.

Bundt cakes have a special place in the dessert world. They’re not as light as a sheet cake, yet not as heavy as a pound cake. And they’re always beautiful to look at. I used to live around the corner from a Nothing Bundt Cakes and would pop in frequently for a confetti Bundtlet. Hey, it felt like a perfectly reasonable detour! These days, however, the nearest location is a solid two hours away, which means I don’t go as often—but when something new drops, I’m always wondering if I’m overdue for a road trip. The chain’s new spring lineup is making me think just that.

What are the new Nothing Bundt Cake spring flavors?

This spring, there are two flavors joining the menu: one that’s coming back after a short run last year and one that’s new.

Strawberry Cheesecake Swirl returns starting April 13, and it’s easy to see why it didn’t stay gone for long. The cake is filled with a cream cheese layer, then finished with a strawberry glaze and a graham cracker crumble. Altogether, it lands pretty close to an actual slice of strawberry cheesecake, but in bundt form.

The new addition, Banana with Nutella, arrives on May 18 and goes in a slightly different direction. The base is banana cake, with a chocolate-hazelnut filling running through the middle, then cream cheese frosting and a Nutella drizzle over the top.

Both flavors will be available in the usual sizes—full cakes, Bundtlets and Bundtinis.

How long will the Nothing Bundt Cake spring menu be available?

These are limited-time flavors, though the brand hasn’t put a firm end date on how long they’ll stick around. And if you’ve paid attention to these seasonal runs before, you know they don’t always linger once people start catching on.

Which, in my case, is exactly the kind of timing that makes a two-hour drive start to feel a little less unreasonable. Or at least enough to make me try adapting a copycat version at home.
