Indeed, like many games of this type, you must develop your city by collecting resources and upgrading your buildings. But social relationships between citizens also play a key role.

As a result, every citizen has needs and desires that affect their happiness, as well as various issues that can have the opposite effect. As a governor, you’ll need to find the right balance between your ambitions and your citizens’ needs. However, keep in mind that every decision you make can have long-term consequences.
