Taste of Home Reader Survey 2026 Sweepstakes (# 654) (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by RDA Enthusiast Brands, LLC (“Sponsor”), the publisher of Taste of Home and a part of the Trusted Media Brands, Inc. family of brands.

1. Eligibility: This Sweepstakes is open to legal U.S. residents residing in one of the 50 United States or District of Columbia, who are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in the jurisdiction of their residence at time of entry, whichever is older (“Entrant” or “You”). Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiary companies, and promotion partners, and their immediate families (parents, children, siblings, spouse) or members of the same household (whether related or not) of such persons are not eligible to participate. Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law or otherwise regulated.
2. How To Enter: Beginning on October 23, 2026 at 12:00am Eastern Time through January 25, 2027 at 11:59pm Eastern Time (the “Sweepstakes Period”), either (1) visit https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/TOHBest, or scan
   the QR code appearing in the Taste of Home All-Time Best Recipes magazine, which will direct you to https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/TOHBest, complete the online survey and follow the on- screen entry instructions; or (2) send an email to [email protected] with “Taste of Home Reader Survey 2026 Sweepstakes (# 654)” in the subject line, and include your full name, complete mailing address, phone number, and email address. All entries must include your full name, address, city, state, zip/postal code, telephone number and email address. Entries submitted in geographic areas in which the entry is not permissible will be disqualified. If entries do not contain all necessary information, Entrant will be disqualified. Please be certain to follow all directions. There is a limit of one (1) entry per person regardless of entry method. Duplicate entries will be disregarded. Sponsor is the official timekeeper for this Sweepstakes. In the event the Sweepstakes is entered via a mobile device, Message and Data charges may apply.
3. Use of Survey Responses: By participating in the Sweepstakes, each Entrant hereby grants to Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, parents, licensees and agents, an irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free, transferable license of, on a gratis basis, all rights, title and interest in and to any written feedback, survey responses, or other text or content Entrant provides (the “Submission”), including, without limitation, all rights of every kind and nature (whether now known or hereafter devised), including without limitation for the purpose of marketing, advertising, promotion, or commercial purposes, regardless of your eligibility for the Sweepstakes, and the right to use your name, likeness, voice, hometown (e.g., city and state) and biographical information about you in connection therewith, throughout the universe, in perpetuity, for all purposes, in any and all media, whether now known or hereafter devised. Entrant hereby waives all so-called “moral rights of authors” and “droit moral” rights (and any similar or analogous rights under the applicable laws of any country of the world). Entrants agree and acknowledge that no publishing and/or master use royalties, monies or consideration of any kind will be payable in connection with Sponsor’s use of the Submission, whether commercial use or otherwise, in any and all media, whether now known or hereafter devised. Sponsor may contact you via phone or email regarding your Submission. Entrant agrees that, in the event of an ineligible entry, the opportunity for the entry to receive publicity is the sole and sufficient consideration due to Entrant and that the license granted by Entrant herein shall be and remain valid and irrevocable.
4. Prizes: Five (5) cookbook prizes titled “Taste of Home Ultimate Baking Cookbook” by The Editors of Taste of Home with an Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of $24.99 each. The total ARV for all prizes offered in this
   Sweepstakes is $124.95 (“Prize”). Prizes are not transferable and cannot be substituted or assigned by the winner, unless prohibited by law. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a similar prize of equal or greater value in the event that the stated prize cannot be awarded for any reason. All taxes, if any, are the responsibility of each winner. Sponsor will not be responsible for any loss, liability or damage arising out of the acceptance or use of any prize(s). All prizes are guaranteed to be awarded, assuming a sufficient number of qualifying entries is received, and will be mailed to the Entrant’s address provided at the time of entry approximately 4 – 6 weeks following winner verification. Prize Limit: One (1) Prize per household regardless of entry method. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen Prize. Except where prohibited by law, by accepting a prize, each winner consents to the use of his/her/their name, prize won, statements, city and state of residence for publicity or advertising purposes in all media worldwide, including but not limited to Sponsor and its affiliates websites and social platforms (“Websites”), without limitation and without further compensation or notice. The Prize is provided to the winners on an ‘AS IS’ basis, without further warranty of any kind. Sponsor hereby disclaims all warranties, express, implied, or statutory including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
5. Winner Selection and Notification: Five (5) winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period on or about one week after the Sweepstakes Period ends (“Selection Period”) by Sponsor, whose decisions are final in all respects. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Approximate odds of winning are estimated at 1 in 200. Winners will be notified by email or mail within five (5) days after the Selection Period, and may be required to sign and return a Statement of Eligibility and Release within fourteen (14) days of prize notification attempt or be disqualified and prize may be awarded to an alternate winner. Return of prize or prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate may be selected. If a winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by random drawing among all remaining eligible entries. Only three (3) alternate drawings will be held, after which the prize will remain un-awarded.
6. Conditions: By entering this Sweepstakes, Entrants agree to be bound by these complete Official Rules and Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, accessible at www.tmbi.com/privacy-policy. Sponsor is not liable for any malfunctions or failures of any telephone network or lines, computer internet system, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer, mobile or any other device and/or its contents related to or resulting from participation or downloading/uploading any materials relating to this Sweepstakes, or other technical difficulties or failures or other errors of any kind. Sponsor reserves the right to terminate or modify the Sweepstakes at any time for any reason. In such a circumstance, all winners will be selected based on entries received to date of termination. Sponsor also reserves the right to modify this Sweepstakes in the event an insufficient number of entries are received. Entrants agree to waive all right to, indemnify and hold Sponsor, its affiliated and subsidiary companies harmless from and against any and all claims, liabilities, loss, damage, or expense arising out of or in connection with this Sweepstakes. In the event of any dispute regarding the identity of an Entrant who submitted an online entry, the authorized account holder of the email address used for the entry at the time of entry will be deemed the Entrant. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g. business, educational institute) that is responsible for assigning email address for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Any potential winner may be requested to provide Sponsor with proof that such winner is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the winning entry. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the operation of the website or the entry process.
7. Choice of Law and Forum: Entrants agree that all matters arising out of or in relation to this Giveaway or these Official Rules are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of New York, U.S.A., without giving effect to any of its conflict of laws provisions thereof. To the extent permitted by law, the rights to litigate, to seek injunctive relief or to make any other recourse to judicial or any other procedure in case of disputes or claims resulting from or in connection with this Sweepstakes are hereby excluded, and any Entrant expressly waives any and all such rights. In the event that a court of competent jurisdiction finds the foregoing waiver unenforceable, Entrants hereby consent to the jurisdiction and venue residing exclusively within the federal or state courts sitting in New York County in the State of New York, U.S.A. and agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. If any provision(s) of these Official Rules are held to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions hereof will remain in full force and effect.
