Welcome to the Hot List, a monthly column from fashion sourcer extraordinaire Gab Waller. As a professional personal shopper to some of the best-dressed girls—she gets about 100 requests a day to track down hard-to-find wares!—Waller spends her days sourcing the most in-demand fashion and accessories. Each month, and exclusively for Vogue, she’ll deliver a cheat sheet of all the pieces she recommends you scoop up before it’s too late and the most dreaded three words in online shopping appear: “out of stock.” You can shop her personal favorites on FOUND By Gab. “This is a world in which I live and breathe,” Waller says. “I get to be a fashion detective day in and day out, and I have eyes and ears all over the globe.” Let the fashion snooping begin!
We’re officially in Q4 and in Gab Waller world, that means only one thing: our busiest season has begun! With fall in full swing (in most places, certainly not here in LA!) and the holiday season upon us, requests are coming through stronger than ever.
Multiple brands continue to dominate as my most requested: Chanel and Celine are the top two, with Saint Laurent, Prada, and The Row right behind them. We’re going to cover a lot of pieces from them in this month’s column. I’ve really enjoyed seeing Celine take over this past year, for it to be in the #2 spot is a clear signal of what I anticipated early on: it’s the year of Celine and Michael Rider!
Let’s jump into it!
October’s Hot List:
Magda Butrym Velvet Blazer
If there is one fall item that you need, let it be a velvet blazer Magda Butrym. Her now iconic peplum style with structured shoulder pads is one of my top wardrobe must-haves. This will sell out.
Prada Pouch
Prada’s best selling pouch bag is now available in printed calf hair! Guaranteed to be highly coveted, I’m ready to see the influx of sourcing requests.
Isabel Marant Mini Dress
The perfect lace minidress to be worn underneath your favorite suede or leather jacket this fall. Low stock is showing in almost all sizes.
Celine Envelope Clutch
The color of the moment—this shade of eggplant purple is trending strongly for fall and a definite must-have. These pouches, in all colors I will say, have been highly coveted.
Loewe Slingback Sandals
An It shade, with the sweetest bow and a little kitten heel—these ooze fun for the holiday season and are already showing low in stock.
Khaite Pants
Khaite continues to be one of my top requested brands, and it’s a brand that’s in high demand across all categories (ready-to-wear, shoes, and handbags). The cost per wear on these velvet pants for fall is guaranteed to be strong.
Prada Tote Bag
When I say RUN for this piece, I truly mean it! This bag is my most requested and bestselling style from Prada at present (specifically in the large size). One is available now!
Polo Ralph Lauren Sweatshirt
My bestselling fleece at present, the demand for this style has been WILD! If you spot your size, now is the time to jump on it.
The Row Velvet Jacket
I see a sold out style coming for The Row’s new Jeko jacket. Featuring a velvet trim on the collar and cuffs, it may be your most easiest styling piece for the cooler months ahead.
Alaïa Shoulder Bag
I’m really into a fun pop of color for fall, and I’m not alone going off my sourcing requests. Bright colorways are here to stay for fall. I personally love this new style from Alaïa, I have it in the black and it fits PERFECTLY on my shoulder. I love that it can be worn from day to night seamlessly.
Dôen Cashmere Cardigan
The cutest and easiest-to-wear cardigan for fall!
Dôen Lace Skirt
One more from Dôen! It’s always a good day when its new arrivals drops, currently filled with cold-weather must-haves. I love this lace skirt for fall (we’re bound to see a lot of lace this season), which would look great with the knit above and your go-to leather jacket.
Phoebe Philo Shoulder Bag
This new style from Phoebe Philo is at the top of my “one to watch” radar. Produced in both a light and dark brown, I don’t expect this to be available for long.
Miu Miu Ballerina Shoes
No Hot List is complete without Miu Miu, and for the month ahead, I’m betting on these new season ballerinas to quickly shift from “on my radar” to “proving popular”. A classic white ballerina is another one of my wardrobe staples, and Miu Miu has perfected the style.
Celine Side-to-Side Bag
One of my most requested handbags from Celine: the Side-to-Side bag in this all new creamy white and chili red combination.
Phoebe Philo Satin Scarf
Another amazing and easy to layer piece for fall from Phoebe Philo. I’m anticipating that this will sell out.
Saint Laurent Shoulder Bag
A “proving popular” style from Saint Laurent that is already showing sold out across multiple websites. The fact it is still available direct is a little miracle. Blink and it may be gone.
Celine Aura Slippers
The leather loafer from Celine that has been highly coveted in my DMs. The red has been the most requested, but I’m opting to link the burgundy as there are a few (very!) lucky sizes left, and I can vouch that a burgundy loafer is a must-have for the fall season ahead. Bonus points: I’m told they are VERY comfortable!
Ralph Lauren Collection Jacket
Ralph Lauren continues to increase in popularity throughout my DMs, with their jackets consistently being the most requested. This shearling-trimmed leather jacket ticks all the right boxes.

Prada Embroidered Slingbacks
The moment I saw these heels, I thought to myself, Guaranteed bestseller! Sequins and embellishments remain in high demand as we seek a playful element in our wardrobes. The heels are produced in various colorways, but pink and yellow are my top choices. I anticipate this will be the case in my DMs too.
Alaïa Le Teckel Suede Clutch
Alaïa’s collection confirmed that fun colors aren’t going anywhere, even as the weather continues to cool down. Deep purple is one shade I recommend you add to your wardrobe this season.
Celine Silk Scarf
Surprisingly, scarves have been among the most requested and best-selling accessories of 2026. Clients are purchasing them for all kinds of reasons, including to frame them, which is an unexpected twist. If you’re considering one for the season ahead, this is the style I’d recommend—quintessential Celine.
Dior Médallion Belt
The instantly iconic Dior belt is back for fall, this time in a new brown shade. An unwavering success last season, it is sure to have a long shelf life.
Miu Miu Rendez-Vous Bag
Miu Miu does it again, producing yet another It bag of the season. This is the ultimate everyday item, designed to take you from day to night, and anywhere in between. I love the rich brown color. We all need a go-to brown handbag this fall!
Chloé Running-Horses Belt
Big logo buckle belts are here to stay. Celine and Dior started it last season, with Chloé as a quick follow-up. This version might make you do a double take, though.
Khaite Marlene Pumps
Animal prints continue to trend heavily, from leopard to snake print. If you’re planning to try the latter for the season ahead, I would start with footwear. These Khaite heels are the perfect everyday shoe choice, with endless styling options.
Saint Laurent Sibyl 110 Pumps
I can confidently say that demand for Saint Laurent by Anthony Vaccarello heels will reach new highs in my DMs. There are always a few styles that pop off, and I’m betting that this new take on the house’s exaggerated pointed toe style will be one of them.
Coach Kisslock Frame Bag
Coach, you’ve won me over, and I know I’m not alone based on the demand I’m seeing. This season, the brand’s now-iconic clutch is back in a smaller version, making it ideal for an evening out.
Chanel Mary Jane Heels
I’m genuinely nervous for the Chanel fall collection drop. At this point, my DMs may very well explode. The demand has been nonstop! I teased this new heel on Instagram a few months back, and interest was immediate. I have no doubt that this will be a best-selling style.
