Valor Hospitality Partners announced that it has launched in Mississippi through a strategic partnership with real estate and investment company Bellamare Development, assuming the management of eight hotels comprising 685 rooms across the state.
The partnership confirms Valor Hospitality as the preferred operating partner for Bellamare Development’s full-service and lifestyle hospitality projects across the Americas. For both acquired and new developments, Valor Hospitality will provide fully integrated management and operations solutions for the developer’s growing real estate portfolio. Through the partnership, Valor will support Bellamare’s hotel portfolio throughout the asset lifecycle, from acquisition and development through to technical services, opening, operation and long-term performance.
The eight Mississippi hotels represent the first phase of the partnership and strengthen Valor’s growing presence across the Americas. Valor will work alongside Bellamare to enhance hotel performance, strengthen the guest experience, and build long-term value across the portfolio.
