What to Expect at Super Street After Dark 2025: SoCal’s Newest One-Night Car Culture Experience

Mark your calendars for Saturday, October 25, 2025, as the second annual Super Street After Dark, lit by Sylvania, returns to celebrate one of the most iconic names in JDM and sport compact performance culture. This one-night-only event brings together the people and machines who transformed a hobby into a full-blown lifestyle. Here’s what to expect when the Sylvania lights come on and L.A.’s car scene comes alive.

Where:

  • 100 W. Victoria St.
  • Long Beach, California

When:

  • October 25, 2025
  • 7 p.m. until 10 p.m.

Spectator Tickets and Parking

Tickets are available online, and will be sold at the gate with digital transaction only (no cash). Please have your QR code ready—either printed or on your mobile device—when you arrive for entry. This is not a pet-friendly event.

Spectator/fan parking is free, but space is limited. Super Street officials will have signs posted with instructions to the approved parking lot, which is Colin Powell Academy School K-8 located at 150 W. Victoria St. in Long Beach, California.

Participants and Vendors

Car show and vendors load-in instructions have been emailed; check your spam folder if you don’t see it. If you have any questions or problems, please contact the Super Street staff at SuperStreetEvents@MotorTrend.com.

Due to the format of the event and local ordinances, all car show participants must arrive during specific load-in times and remain parked until the end of the show.

Any misbehavior, including burnouts, drifting, or racing by fans or participants, will not be tolerated and will be handled by on-site security and local law enforcement.

What Is Super Street After Dark?

The evening won’t be short on entertainment, with live music, demonstrations, food and drink trucks, and the hottest cars the tuner community has to offer. Tickets are available now for spectators and display vehicles but act quickly because of the limited number of show spots available. There are two types of tickets: Car Show Parking for $85 (includes driver and passenger entry, Super Street windshield banner, cinch bag, license plate frame, retro pin, and Leen Customs gift) and a $20 General Admission (no vehicle entry) ticket.

This year’s car show will be judged by a panel of Super Street alumni and notable personalities in the community, including Bizi Ezerioha (CEO and Chief Engineer, Bisimoto Engineering), RJ de Vera (VP of Marketing, SEMA), Sam Du (former Super Street editor-in-chief), Sonya “Slidez” Klaus (pro driver and storyteller), and Jofel Tolosa (Super Street and MotorTrend). Top 10 show recipients will receive a custom Super Street skateboard deck/trophy and a set of LEDs from Sylvania.

We are also proud to announce the Honda Prelude has been named the Official Vehicle of Super Street After Dark, and a special showcase of all six generations will include the latest Prelude platform. A special merch collaboration with Illest will debut when the doors open to the venue. Speaking of Honda, famed tuners for the brand Mugen and King Motorsports will have a fresh build on hand, complete with new products and designs. In addition to those vehicles, there are nearly 250 more cars and trucks on display. Join us for a fun evening of cars, racing simulators, music, and food trucks, and celebrate the SoCal tuning community.
