For context, the standard Redmi Note 15 leverages silicon battery technology to provide a 5,800 mAh peak capacity backed by 45 W wired charging. While the latter is said to be sticking around, PaperKing13 has shared evidence to suggest that the Redmi Note 15 will drop to a 5,520 mAh battery for its global release.

Nonetheless, this would still represent a bump over the Redmi Note 14 5G (curr. $248.99 on Amazon) and its 5,110 mAh battery. Unfortunately, a 108 MP primary camera will return in the form of the Samsung S5KHM9, as will 8 MP and 2 MP rear-facing sensors that are likely ultra-wide-angle and macro cameras, respectively. In other words, it sounds like the global Redmi Note 15 contains as much of its predecessor’s hardware as the Chinese version of the Redmi Note 15.
